Increasing self-confidence of employees and making them confident to solve challenges to achieve a better progression, Motivating the employees non-judgementally when they suffer from anxiety or depression, active listening, controlled emotion techniques and helping them divide the tasks and working as a team to meet the deadlines helps to solve most of the problems of unmotivated employees.
